The principles of S.A.Q. revolve around an athlete’s ability to change direction, accelerate, and decelerate quickly both linearly and laterally under control.  ProForce utilizes ground based plyometric exercises as well as vertimax and resistance training.  Along with proper running mechanics, athletes will develop stride length, stride frequency, and force production.  The unique combination of these training techniques will facilitate in the development of first step quickness, stability, strength, and overall power all athletes need.
