ProForce Prep Training Program for juniors is designed to implement the basic fundamentals of performance training in a fun and safe environment.  ALL kids will participate in various activities, events, and games developed to work on the following:

  1. Dynamic Warm-up
  2. Injury Prevention
  3. Core Strength & Stabilization
  4. Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ)
  5. Flexibility & Coordination
  6. Strength (Basic fundamentals)
  7. Nutrition & Healthy Eating
  8. Confidence & Motivation

More recently, younger athletes are starting to pick up weights and start advanced training techniques too soon resulting in injury and limited gains.  Prep Camp is designed to help kids safely progress through the various stages of training while putting an emphasis on safety and fun.  By arranging proper instruction, knowledge, and technique into everyday activities, our young student athletes improve their overall fitness level without even realizing it!
