ProForce put together a conditioning program designed to keep, or get, athletes in top physical shape. Chaos conditioning is a full hour, three times a week, of non-stop action that promises an insane workout. A typical conditioning session will include dynamic stretching, core activation, SAQ work, sled pushes, etc. and static stretching during cool down. Chaos conditioning is built for individuals who are looking for the ultimate aerobic workout. Athletes will have the flexibility of participating on a month to month basis.
